Why choose My First Peekaboo?
- Intermission Break — All of our appointments are scheduled in 1 Hour increments just in case we need to have Mommy get up and walk around, enjoy a piece of chocolate and some cold fruit juice to help wake up the little one.
- REDO Policy — If your baby continues to be shy during ANY ultrasound (gender determination included), we will bring you back free of charge to redo your entire package on any day that we are open.
- Ultrasound Length — All of our 3D and 4D ultrasounds are 25-30 minutes, regardless of which package you choose. We have found that this significantly increases the quality of your experience and your photos because this allows enough time for your little one to wake up and go through various movements and positions. There is also a trial and error process to getting Mommy and baby into the best possible positions for viewing and shorter ultrasounds simply may not allow enough time for this.
- Digital Pictures — If your package includes a CD, you will receive a minimum of 70 high-resolution 3D images suitable for emailing, uploading to the internet, and printing on your own. Most CDs include over 100 total images and some over 200!
- Free Stuff! All of our new clients receive a free diaper bag filled with breastfeeding and formula supplies, a free copy of Pregnancy & Newborn Magazine, a free picture frame and more! (while supplies last)
**Please note: Women seeking an elective prenatal ultrasound with My First Peekaboo Ultrasound must already be receiving treatment with a healthcare provider for prenatal care and have already undergone a medical, diagnostic ultrasound ordered by their provider to confirm their due date, screen for fetal anomalies, and to look for any other pregnancy related issues.
My First Peekaboo Ultrasound requires either a written order from your healthcare provider or copies of photos from prior diagnostic ultrasounds prior to the performance of any ultrasound procedure. During the ultrasound session, we will be conducting a limited diagnostic scan to confirm heartbeat, the number of babies in the pregnancy, the position of the baby, and the placental location. Please note, at no time is this exam to be used in place of a complete diagnostic ultrasound.
